A graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality and a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Stephanie has led event strategy and execution for globally recognized brands including KPMG, AWS, FIS Global, Aderant, Databricks and more.

Her expertise spans large-scale conferences, executive-level experiences, incentive programs, and high-touch events—each grounded in a strategic, audience-first approach. Known for leading cross-functional and international teams, she builds flexible, scalable event strategies that drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and deliver measurable business results.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Stephanie founded and led a successful wedding and event design company for 15 years, earning recognition as a published designer known for creating distinctive experiences ranging from luxury celebrations to highly personalized events. This entrepreneurial chapter continues to inform her creative direction and design-forward approach to events.
